What do you call the frog’s noise? It rained earlier and now frogs are loudly chorusing. Are they singing? Or are they reminding us of the frogs we killed when we studied biology? Disecting frog is cool by the way. You pin its hands and feet and cut it open alive. Then there goes its lungs like a rubber baloon that grow and sink as it breathes. Then you explore the frog’s content,. You move away the veins until you reach its heart. It is beating. You remove the heart only to find out it still beats for a while. The foul odor of the frog makes you want to walk away and leave the activity behind. Around you are your classmates who are shouting in fear and scared of the frog. You can also see frogs jumping around the area hoping to escape and save its life. After disecting, you put the frog in a bottle of peanut butter and fill it with formalin to preserve it. Formalin hurts the eye and gives you another reason to leave the scene. Then it’s done, you pass the biology class project only to repeat it again on college which means you killed two frogs as a student.
Don’t worry about the frog’s noise. You’ll get used to it. You can sleep without minding them and when you wake up their gone but better wish it would not rain the next night or they’ll return again. Also, they scatter around the street and vehicles will surely hit some. You could search for flattened frogs as you walk on the street tomorrow. When you were a kid you caught tadpoles and put them in a can and pet it for a week because you think what you caught was a fish. Only to be dismayed when you see they are having legs. You throw them thinking you bred a monster.
I dont hate nor like frogs but they’re annoying when they jump off your feet or stays in one place that makes you want to throw a rock or your slipper on it

I hate frogs. They give me goosebumps. Although they are harmless creatures, the mere sight of them gives me shivers. Throw a frog on me and I will definitely go into rampage (out of fear)! During the El Nino season, I was praying for them all to suffer heat stroke (so mean of me…) but unfortunately they survived because now that the season has changed, I can hear them croaking from time to time. Ha ha ha…
I like this entry of yours.
